孫育杰,男,1973年出生,博士,F(xiàn)任北京大學未來技術學院教授,未來技術學院副院長 ,國家生物醫(yī)學成像科學中心,生物醫(yī)學前沿創(chuàng)新中心(BIOPIC),膜生物學國家重點實驗室研究員、博士生導師。致力于運用單分子、超高分辨率熒光成像及操縱技術研究細胞結構與功能的關系,在Science 等期刊發(fā)表文章 90 多篇, 撰寫國外專著 5 部,申請專利 7項,先后承擔和參與基金委重大儀器專項和科技部863計劃等8個國家級科研項目,獲 Elsevier Scopus高引青年科學家獎和拜爾學者獎,F(xiàn)任中國生物物理學會單分子生物學專業(yè)委員會委員、中國儀器儀表學會顯微儀器分會副理事長、中國電子顯微鏡學會共聚焦專業(yè)委員會副主任、美國細胞生物學會國際事務委員會委員,多模態(tài)跨尺度生物醫(yī)學成像國家重大科技基礎設施副總工程師。

1、2013年12月 27-28日,與Andor公司合作在北京大學BIOPIC組織“Andor Academy in Beijing”,討論光學顯微成像技術;

科學研究:


研究方向:

1. 哺乳動物細胞的基因表達調控。

2. 基因隨機表達過程在干細胞分化中的作用。

3. 運用流式細胞術、微流體技術以及高通量測序等技術把在對單細胞層次基因表達的認識提高到細胞群體、組織、和器官的層次,以理解在這些層次細胞的基因表達在細胞間是如何相互引導和協(xié)調。
